I’m a certified and insured yoga instructor in the Philadelphia area. I teach all levels vinyasa yoga and mindfulness meditation.  I also teach yoga to seniors of all mobility ranges.  (Please check out our website – Team Sun Yoga.) I feel lucky to teach private sessions to yoga students of all ages and levels.  I’d love to assist you in finding your own yoga or meditation practice!

I came to yoga in 2010 as a way of healing two health issues: a bad back and a bad anxiety disorder (panic disorder.) Through regular practice, yoga has changed the landscape of both my body and my mind.  I truly believe that learning how to breathe properly through yoga and meditation has made all the difference! I will forever be learning the practice of yoga, which includes breathing, meditation, mantra, asana (poses), and healthy living; all with the intention of creating balance between the body, mind and spirit.  My 200 hour Yoga Alliance approved YTT at Dhyana consisted of training in Classical Vinyasa Yoga in the Ashtanga lineage, as well as an invitation to explore so many different modules:
